This is a Standard Issue jacket of the Bundeswehr. Rank is called "Unteroffizier". You only See that this is a Feldjäger becauese of the orange piece of Cloth under the Rank.

Great find! Complete with the correct colored loops for the epaulets. If it has no zipper and mesh armpits, then it is the tropical type (5FTD Tropentarn). If you check out German eBay you can find the matching trousers very easily.
