Sweden M90 commercial/home made vests

I got two of these vests really cheap :-) Quite a lot effort was put into them, but the cutting of fabric inside is kind of flimsy. No tags or marking except Italian press studs. Also both vests have string attached to the zipper. I think, that tag was attached to it.

I wonder why would a commercial item have padded right shoulder for rifle.

The larger one is sized around M and the smaller one is S.

Maye it was ment to be used as a hunting vest....
