i have the same but in full 3th pattern, possible that your is made during transition from 2nd to 3th pattern

That's the point , this windstopper is gen 2 cutting , the gen 1 cutting of windstopper appear in 2004 and gen 2 about 2006 , this is gen 2 cut which means the 2nd dpdu already long gone in that time.
