Picked this one up from a fella who buys/sells in my local area....I have purchase some Vietnam Era items from him. Can anyone give me some pointers to help verify the genre of this item?

The tiger camouflage pattern is called ThaÏland pattern
Pattern used in the end of Vietnam war, and not in ripstop material
So, ripstop material + stamp dated 1965 is for me just fake

I will back up what Gilles states 100%. The pattern is documented in R.D. Johnson's book, 'Tiger Patterns'. The fact that it was around in 1965 which is what the stamp indicates is laughable.
