    Please mind the difference in Arabic inscription on the khaki ISAF patches.
    One of the patches is earlier version, another one is more modern.

    I believe that the language is Pashto and translates to "Help & Cooperation"

    Thanks a lot,

    I tried to use google translator and I got "مرسته او همکاری" for "Help & Cooperation"...

    The left part "او همکاری" is really the same, while "مرسته" looks different.

    By the way, wiki shows the same difference of inscriptions as on the two patches above:
