Are you talking about the nylon type winter suit? That is super rare. I have a fairly large number of Estonian uniforms, including some very rare pieces, but all I have in this pattern is a hat. One time I saw a suit for sale but didn't move quick enough to get it. If you find a set you should grab it no matter what the size.
There is also an earlier, even rarer, type of camouflage winter coat that was worn by Border Guards. The pattern is a type of TTsKO, but the cut of the coat is unique in many ways. Especially because it used metal snaps. Somehow I managed to get one of these.
