Reckon the material is only for the initial batch?

Hoping the pants will be made in the same material as the shirt.

Same material for both I’ll put up the pants pictures later today. Please note I haven’t been issued any yet, these belong to a mate. No idea if this material is long term. Remember MCU changed in less than 3 years.

Can’t say I notice a difference when I took the photos. Be awhile before I can recheck as well.

Labels on both are same mix of poly versus Corin, pant may be heavier? Asked a mate who will know.

Yeah pants are same 210gsm as MCU shirt is 155. So heavier pants as you picked.

So. Much. Polyester. I wonder what they'll feel like to wear.

Most have said they are comfortable to wear. Can’t give an opinion as haven’t used them yet.

Isn't Polyester a fire risk? Is there gonna be an FR version of the uniform. Looking at the strips of white material on the inside of the shirt/trousers I am guessing there will be.

(That's how you know Kiwi FR and Non FR yeah?)

That’s the method used on the MCU. Not hearing much about any additional items other than what’s been issued. I’ll touch base with some Armoured mates.
