Dutch Marine Corps Raider gear from Profile Equipment Empty Dutch Marine Corps Raider gear from Profile Equipment

Last year I had the chance to handle most of the stuff that's part of the Raider gear made by Marom Dolphin for Profile Equipment, though sadly I don't have anything of it anymore
because 1 of the middlemen it came through to my actual trusted seller wasn't entirely honest about how he got it, so the best course of action was to return to seller and sort it out the right way.

But not before I took a load of detailed pictures!!!
So watch out as this will be quite picture-heavy.

First there's the platecarrier, it has removable softarmor in the sides and has an attachment to hook it up to Marom Dolphin's weight bearing system on the belt (which I didn't have).

The assault pack comes with 4 strap parts to attach it to the vest directly and also regular shoulderstraps, and it has a built in roll-out pocket to hold a helmet on it's back.

For some reasn the MOLLE spacing on the back of the adminpouch has been made wrong, so it's hard to attach to anything, as it will either be stretched or squished.
The 40mm pouches have removable/adjustable flaps.
The drop down utilitypouch has softarmor inside, but more on that later.
The weapon catch sling has a fidlock, a sliding magnetic catch that opens by sliding it, and closes once the ends come close again.

Then there's the chestrig, for some reason the chestflap is really small and can't hold much in terms of pouches.
It has a platepocket at it's back and a port at the bottom to attach the dropdown pouch with softarmor.

A number of pouches again, some the same as above, but in more detail.

Here's a view of the magazinepouch which has velcro inside to stow the flap away, and detail of the flap of the 40mm pouch.

For the people that have knowledge of the modern NFP camo gear from the VOSS equipment there might be some recognizable parts that
are being issued in NFP camo now with just a few changes from how this Raider gear looks, like the 40mm pouches, assault pack and the narrow
    utilitypouches without labels.

There's still more parts I never had, so here's a list of what I know of:
Battlebelt (which has 2 rings at the back to attach both the vest and a backpack for weight distribution).
Backpack adapter to attach to a regular MOLLE battlebelt.
    Flipdown command pouch.
    Large utilitypouch.

That's about it for this gear. It pretty much never appeared for sale afterwards and very rarely appears in photos of it being used, but I'm hopeful I will
find anything of this again in the future when these vests might be replaced by whatever new comes out.

Very nice! Do you have any more information on the equipment procurement program/trial that this was a part of?

I have no idea, this stuff suddenly appeared on select marines in 2020, so I think it's pretty strange that they didn't just start using NFP stuff already since the marine corps will also be using that, and it's not like they didn't know about that stuff going on already

    Very nice Michel.
    Thanks for sharing!

Could you make a topic about the new NFP.
    What pouches they have etc..
I’m so hooked on that pattern 👍🏻

It'll probably take a while for that to be possible, with the KMAR on the lookout for anyone outside the army owning certain NFP stuff, though a few
pieces can already be found in surplus shops. Razz

Also, I found a few new pieces of Raider gear!

First the commander's pouch, no Raider label but it is the same with just a Marom Dolphin label, probably a pre-series sample.

And then a battlebelt and the strip that attaches the platecarrier to the belt.
The MBITR pouch shown with it is not from the Raider gear but from the previous Profile Equipment sets for the KCT.

Lot off trial NFP is already on the market.
Would love to have a helmet cover 😁

Yes but every now and then someone will start screaming that you aren't supposed to own it and they'll just report it to the KMAR, I've seen it happen a few times, and
1 of these c*nts actually acted like he was with the KMAR to me when I was selling an NFP knifepouch that was widely available in surplus shops already.

Also, got new Raider stuff again.

First a medical pouch that can plug into the lower attachment on the back of the belt or to the small square TPP adapter that can be placed anywhere with MOLLE.
Anyway, I still don't know what TPP means, maybe Tie Pull Pouch or something?
And the other pouch is a tear-off MG-belt pouch.

Then the 12hr pack and the dumppouch have already been covered, but the HK417 magazinepouches and the large utilitypouch haven't.

    Thanks!
I think I only have to re-find the platecarrier now, unless there are more pieces I don't know about yet
