Identify this African Shirt, please.

Could someone identify this shirt please:



It is supposedly be worn by a Nigerian Soldier, but not familiar with the pattern. A friend has posted this and is unsure of its origin

It does look like a desert color pattern of the "blotch" camo in use in the nigerian army since the early 2010s.

Here are visuals from Camopedia with a similar looking pattern in different colors, the last being supposedly nigerian navy SBS camo.

The pattern is similar enough to have the same exact blotches as you can see in te red circles, only the color differs.

Thank you for your replies and yes the circled 'blotch' is identical.

It just doesn't fit the colours from the Camopedia page. So possibilities are the original picture has been filtered or it is another coloured Nigerian 'Blotch' Pattern that has not been documented

Looks to me that there's a dedicate desert pattern that Camopedia has not documented yet, but it could be the lighter of the two massively sun bleached.

Yes, could be one that shown on Camopedia, but it would have to be a new Desert version or very sun bleached as you say

The color balance on the OP pic looks very off, all the background grasses and trees look blue/indigo, so I think the photo has been altered. Might just be the normal desert pattern with the weird filter or whatever on the pic itself.

Yeah mostly leaning to this idea of the picture being filtered/adjusted

New great sighting of the "regular" Blotch pattern during the troubles in Niger this week (I believe it's a very recent picture)
