Did East Germany (whether the NVA, Volkspolizei, etc.) ever issue individual first aid kits? I know it's a dumb question, but I've never seen a first aid pouch from the DDR, only medic's bags

You know how the US had stuff like the green IFAK pouches with the plastic box in it, or the M1956 bandage pouch? Did East Germany ever issue any branches with something similar? I've heard they just put their bandages and any other first aid they might've had in their pockets, but I don't know that for sure. Kann ein Veteran der DDR antworten?

    Hi,

according to my father they did not have a special pouch for this. He served from 1971-1973.

I think this article states maybe all existing pouches: https://www.tierfreunde-luebben.de/113501.html

I found these photos for the "Verbandmittelsatz"
