Uknown Pouch in East German Rain Camo

I picked this item up at a gun show today, I have seen the pattern before. I think it is East German Rain Camo. The only reason why I think I might not be is because all the uniforms and field gear I have before this item the pattern runs vertically and strapping has metal end pieces, this one has no metal at the end of the straps to help feed it back through the loops for closure purposes. This pouches pattern also runs horizontally not vertically so I was just wondering if anyone out there has seen one or knows what it is because I am at a loss haha.

Yes, it's typical for DDR NVA stuff - steelgray straps and strichtarn camouflage on the olivegreen field!
