Hi, it looks like that pattern. I see the the number in it is 2440****, that's gotta be late 70's i think. Someone here will know a lot more than me though.

Badged Berlin Brigade, NATO size on the label puts it as being a 160/104 in current uniform sizes. North I'd say was the soldiers name not sure what the Brussels 1 bit means but the Coy 1 would be Company 1 of whichever unit North was in. A/78 is just visible on the size label which from a quick search was used on contract numbers for kit between the early side of the mid 60's until 1979.
