Hi, I create this post specifically for SAMAR camouflage unique to SAT-81/Gultor or Group 5 Kopassus.
There are 3 in my collections:
1. Original SAMAR Komando camouflage.
2. EPIC treated--SAMAR Komando camouflage.
3. Experimental SAMAR camouflage.
SAMAR is an acronym for Spektrum Acak Mata Adaptasi Rekayasa, or known as Lumut (Moss in English).
This pattern is patented by Fairy Suryana (creator of this camouflage).
SAMAR Komando has 6-colors, the experimental one is 8-colors.
There are other variations of this camouflage family but not used by SAT 81.
Since the creator only handled a fabric creation process,
another crazy story from the sewing process is a leftover fabric being destroyed, so not many others around.
So far only 3 civilians have this camo, me & Fairy, and the other one I prefer not to say.
It's a very rare camouflage since not sold publicly and only a handful of pieces are being made.
I will start with the original SAMAR, the rest will be posted shortly.
1. Original SAMAR Komando camouflage.
This is the first batch of this camouflage, made in 2011. Contractor possibly by PASTACTICAL.
