Does anyone here have specific knowledge about US issue SAPI plates from the early 2000's?
I just received 2 plates that are the exact same, other than a different in thickness because 1 of them has soft padding inside it on the body-side.
Sadly they have no tags, but the size, shape, and color of the residue left where the tags were are the same.
Thinner plate is 17mm thick, the padded one 22mm.
I still want to weigh them to add more information but Ihaven't had the time yet.
