Is this Hungarian?

Picked this jacket up today, I know I've seen this pattern before, I think its Hungarian 1990 woodland, but not 100% sure. Does anyone have more knowledge about it than I?

Yes, for sure it is Hungarian 90M pattern. Generally worn by peace keepers from what my notes say. If you look in the lower inside front you should see an ink stamp with information. Though this looks pretty washed/worn so it might not be there.
