Nice shirt, used in the MFO-mission prior to introducing the desert uniform.
Only the rank insignia was missing. It was worn maybe still with shoulder-boards, but it is also possible the regular M90 collar patches were used. If you need any of these, contact me, I can maybe help.

If you don't see stitching in the collar than it's probably shoulder boards you want.
Do you need trousers? I think I can land a pair for a reasonable price.
