I just picked up these REAL Blackwater shirts. Notice how the pink staff shirt has "STAFF" written on the sleeve. This is something odd.....all the real Blackwater shirts have the Blackwater logo or writing on the sleeves. The fake ones do not have any writing on the sleeve whatsoever and can be spotted a mile away if you know what to look for.
The pink shirt belonged to a female employee who probably worked in North Carolina rather than overseas in combat areas. The black shirt is also a female shirt for wear on formal occasions. I normally don't collect female uniforms, but I couldn't pass these up for the price offered. I'm a sucker for uniforms.
