    Patch and Distinctive Unit Insignia


    The 32nd Medical Brigade is based at Fort Sam Houston, Texas.

    The shoulder sleeve insignia was approved on 9 October 2002. It was amended to correct the symbolism on 23 October 2002. The distinctive unit insignia was originally approved for the 32d Medical Battalion on 13 January 1941. It was redesignated for the 132d Medical Battalion on 20 August 1992. The insignia was redesignated effective 1 October 2002, with description and symbolism updated for the 32d Medical Brigade.
