i thought the stock pile of the sparse jackets would have been used up during GW1 and OPFOR as they when then used for after the war. But it was only last week some recent news footage with some member of parliment meeting the troops out in the stan, it shown a woman with a sparse jacket on ?
I know the badge has something to do with the MT pool but i have never come across one of these or seen one of these.

REALLY sweet theater made badge! The Brits aren't really known for this sort of thing, so IMHO it's a damned rare bit of badging to have in your hands.

Considering the timeframe this was used, the most likely guess would be Saudi Arabia or post Gulf War Kuwait.
