Breadbag from Sweden?? Empty Breadbag from Sweden??

Post by Corpl. Cleaver 23/2/2009, 01:18

I got this "breadbag" down the road from a Korea Vet (he was on a howitzer crew, saw action)

this thing is realy salty. The strap is ajustable, Has metal buttons (no markings on them)and has a button-in pocket on the inside (couldn't get good pics)

The only markings are 3 crowns (2 over the 3rd) and what looks like MADE IN SWEDEN..... but why would it say that in English??? scratch

Pics (sorry, the color is way off)

I think the 'Made in Sweden' may be done by the importer into the US. Apparently to be let into the country, some items (in this case, bags) must have a clearly stated country of origin. I have seen the same thing on East German rain pattern rucksacks which state, strangely enough, 'Made in Germany'!
