Here is a nice repro that I have had for several years....the helmet is the field blue paint scheme...even though you cannot see it for the cover...

Interesting how the design of German field covers hasn't changed a whole lot since WWII, save for the pattern and style/detail of stitching.

I hope you are aware that that helmet cover is a fake. No such existed. The cloth band is also about its width to high.
Wish you had shown the inside of the helmet, but the straps look like a Römer.

Time to resurect this methinks 
There are some cracking weathered repros on ebay these days. Rusted, painted looking very heavily used and for under £100. For those collectors who's pockets aren't deep (like me) they are a great solution.
Must say that I've always hankered after a post WW2 Fallschirmjaeger or GSG9 helmet ........
I'll see if I can dig some photos out to put on here.
