I had brought this back from Desert Storm. Or Gulf War 1 as it seems to be called these days. There was quite a bit of Iraqi stuff that I had originally returned with, uniforms, kit, etc.. but have given it all away over the years and only kept this piece.

Wow,very nice lid Dude.... I'm probably stating what you already know,but these Iraqi produced M-90's are fairly rare bring back's...there are loads of M-80's on the Market...not seen to many of this type
From what I know of the manufacturing of these lids,quite frankly I would rather wear an old bean can,than wear one of these in battle...still they look cool,and I always find it ironic,that these guy's took on the yanks in the sandpit,wearing an M1 style lid....freaky yeah!!!
