Civil Defense M-1 Helmet Liner

Here is a white Civil Defense M-1 Helmet liner from the 1950's I would guess. I cannot see any marks on the inside part of the liner and the sweatband date is covered up. It's for a Volunteer in the CD. I bought it to restore but cannot find any original or repro decals like the original one online. So I guess it sits in this condition for now. Not too shabby for a mere four bucks.

I really like this 50's issue liner, and it is a pity that there is no decals available to restore it....I never see these C.D. M1 liners on the Uk market wish I did though ,because I'd snap it up
