What I have here is M1 helmet that was used by IDF during 70's-80's (?) I found it at one of local Army & Navy store for $20.

Known in Hebrew as "Kaplad" which is a compound word from "kazda" (helmet) and "pladah" (steel). Replaced in the early 1980s by the Kaplast which is the same thing but made out of plastic laminates as the American Kevlar was deemed to be too expensive at the time, not to mention too similar to the Stalhelm.....
