I found this strange flecktern camo shirt
different style no shoulder tab, no NSN number Without the snap fastener, Velcro replaces, riri zipper, very thin cotton material.

It's commercial version or military issue DIY？

Yup, that's a trials version for sure! Very nice find, although I think the rank velcro (a feature not adopted) is missing from the sleeves.

As the label states this is Modell A from the 1988 field trials. There were also 1987 and 1989 trials of Flectarn items. Marquardt & Schultz made a lot of these items. The labels identify the Modell as a letter, with possible number to note the variant (e.g. Modell BII). The Modell numbers are specific to that year of trials, so a Modell A from 1987 is not the same as Modell A from 1988.
