Nice!! I expect it was used for armored vehicle crews and I also expect it's pretty rare kit to have.

Quite possibly Steve. Made of pretty sturdy fabric, not the typical rip stop fabric.

Picked it up at the Kopassus base in Jakarta along with a set of unissued Kopassus camo and a set of 1992 TNI-AD OD BDUs.

Still not sure what those webbing straps built into the back are for. I have an alpenflage jump suit with similar straps.

Anyone got an idea of their use?

If anyone is interested in a set (jumpsuit or kopassus etc), drop me a line.

The straps are so you can drag someone out of an armored vehicle, the straps go under the arms and work as a drag strap.

US iCVC coveralls have the same thing
