I started to collect Australian patches just a short while ago and was so lucky to have these picked up by a trading partner of mine serving in Iraq, all locally made:

Re: Australian patches-made in Iraq
I recently received the following collection:
From what I know the second patch from the right in the bottom row (reversed subdude flag) was made for SF in Iraq. Unfortunatly I haven't got my hands on the other one of the pair.
Cheers
Jens

Re: Australian patches-made in Iraq
Hey Steven.....I don't want to make you cry ....but this is what waited for me today when I came home from work
From Kuwait via Indiana to Germany in a bit more than a week
To be honest, I believe these are all made in some Haji shop. Their sizes are quite bigger in some cases as others I already have. But my collection not only focuses on the 'real' ones but also on the different variations floating around.
I'm definitly looking forward to moving into our new home, where I get my private little roome in the basement to put up my collection.
The K-9 patch will go back down range to a friend of mine this week. Bought it for him.
Enjoy
Jens

Re: Australian patches-made in Iraq
Jens,
Very nice collection.
I've got tons of coalition and Iraqi insignia for trade and in my collection. I'm rather thin on aussie patches so if you've any for trade perhaps we can work something out.
