Don't quote me,but I get the feeling this is Ethiopian,the helmeted figures look Italian in design...just a hunch

Pretty sure it is not Ethiopian as it has the wrong type writing.

Good job it was just a guess,I think what did it for me was the Italian "looking" helmets

it likes like it could be from Eritrea.The colors, the Italian style helmets and the Arabic script seem more consistent with something Eritrean.
