Just picked this item up from a contact I made on the USMF. This is a ghillie suit that has been made from a desert MARPAT uniform and has been used in OIF, OEF, and on numerous other training missions. Unfortunately, the piece didn't come with the cover (hat). Oh well.....for the price I couldn't pass it up. Hope you enjoy.

Re: USMC Ghillie Suit
I know a Marine Corpsman who had a commercial ghillie for some reason. What do you think?

Re: USMC Ghillie Suit
I just bought a USMC Ghillie Suit tonight from a Marine! He was a FAST team guy and now hes going through training classes to become MARSOC. Anyways my suit is made out of Woodland cammies with the typical "hair" on all of the backside and sleeves. The front is like your MARPAT one and is made out of Seabags (which are tough material). It has loops sewn on the ends of the sleeves for the thumb to keep sleeves taught. Also has pockets sewn on the wrists. I DID get a boonie hat (Multicam) with the ghillie material sewn onto it. Has a long side that can be draped over rifle. Really cool set. Ill snap some pics tomorrow and post!

Re: USMC Ghillie Suit
I have added several more ghillie suits since I originally posted this one. I was able to source another USMC desert ghille (almost identical to the one above), a very nice 3rd SFG desert ghille and a few others. Besides the ghillie suits, I have quite an extensive sniper accouterment collection.
