It looks like you have a variant of the "gorod" pattern. Russian MVD units have used this uniform, but the badging on your set is not any I have seen before.

Looks like Bekas (or similar) suit in Gorod-1 pattern. "Oxopoha" means the country Ukraine.

This private security enterprise the "Combat-center" in Saint-Petersburg, Russia.. And the camouflage is one of commercial variants of a camouflage the "Gorod"
