    Hi Guys.

    Went to my local Surplus superstore yesterday,and picked up this beauty!

    Very good condition Jacket for the age,but what's gonna bug me ,is the triangular patch...I have spent a while looking on -line !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Can anyone give me a positive ID on the patch ?

    That patch baffles me... I've never seen it or anything remotely similar before.

    But I'm quite certain about the corporal stripes on the other side! Wink

    Perhaps it's an obsolete patch of some sort?

    Maybe it is an obselete patch....hopefully someone here will be able to give me positive ID on the patch...I'm not even sure what the symbol is ..some sort of fire breathing dragon thing Question

    very unusual patch indeed, i look more like a sci-fi patch than anything else. Who knows, it might be an issued shirt, which was later bought and patches were added for a movie/ tv series

    just my 0.01 cents!

    Thanks Mate. I really don't know about this patch at all . I'm kinda tempted to peel it back a bit to see if the camo underneath is unfaded...But I won't!!

    It's been professionally stitched on...other than that I have no ideas..I got it from the same place as the land 125 shirt recently..and the dealer generally only sells really old stock DPM by the container load..think several shipping containers full at a time....( I wish I could have a personal rummage through the containers before he whack's it all on the shelves Laughing )

    The mystery of this patch will go on I guess scratch

    I've just joined the Forum so forgive the ridiculously late post to this thread. The patch in question is 19th Mechanized Brigade. This printed version was issued in 1998 while the brigade was part of the UN peace Stabilisation Force in Bosnia.
