Red Dawn/Rambo III Russian Movie Camo Suit

I have a mint pr of pants with the tag shown that I got from a local surpluss store about 10(?) yrs ago. Price tag is still on them - $13.95. These have an elastik waist band and no fly.
My parka has the YKK zipper but no makers tag. It is slightly used. Don't rmemeber where I got it.
I too enjoyed the movie and thought these were neat items when I found them.

Here is my set. The top has only a size label, but it seems consistent with the "genuine" type posted here. The bottom has both tags. Both are made from identical cloth, but the top is more used than the bottom.

Note the badge sewn onto the left arm. It seems to have been on the top while it was being worn/washed. Anybody know anything about it?

I just noticed that my trousers are made by the same company as Gilles', but the second tag says it was made in Chico instead of Oroville. The two cities are pretty much next to each other so maybe they moved locations or had two factories?

My " Red Dawn" homemade smock.

A friend had some material in this pattern and made a bunch of smocks.

Apparently ran out of material, thus only one pocket at the waist.





I have moved the drawstring to the inside of the smock.

I also took a comparison photo with the real Soviet camo (thanks dynamo.alex!) for shits and giggles.

What would you price a set of this camo made by CORP Inc. in a 2 XL?

does anyone have a set or top/bottom they would sell? i will pay top dollar for pieces in good condition
