Can anyone ID this jacket for me..maybe Spanish???

Hi Guys.

I would really appreciate some assistance to ID this Jacket, I guess it's Spanish by the label

I would like to know what natonality it is, what year it would have introduced, and finally what it is really, many thanks in advance, I would appreciate all help, so I can catalogue this Jacket correctly!!!

The Label

Over each chest pocket,is a ghost of some kind of patch/Velcro,what's missing

National flag missing,and on the other shoulder there was another circular patch,again what's missing

Detail of wrist button fastening

All fastenings front and pockets are velcro.

Ok I've worked out it is Spanish, but I'm still not sure of what model it is
