What is up with the asking prices for these things! Only a few years ago the $200 price range was reserved for rare variants, such as the pink type. I've sold several 1st and 2nd Models over the years and never got that sort of money even when people were spending like crazy. I guess I'll have to keep scratching my head about this.

I don't know but I know I didn't sell the one in the photo on page 1 for that. Did I miss something somewhere? Although I'd rather have someone that will appreciate it more than I to have it.

EBay has been getting insane for older European camo, I think mostly due to Asian demand, where they have no access to this stuff otherwise. All of my recent sales on eBay were to Japan or Hong Kong. More money than brains some of them.

This seller just sold one of these for $255.00.

The thing I don't get - these are well used uniforms. You can't even read the dates on some of the stamps because they are washed out.

As for the Soviet camos - they are really cool and the Soviet period ended 20 years ago. Unissued Soviet camo uniforms are getting rarer - especially if airsofters are wearing them in the field.

    Hey!

I have some questions regarding pieces of my collection, too.
Maybe you can help me with these uniforms!

First is sth. that I think is from the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Second is a Butan-ish jacket, made in the Elephant factory and dated 94.

And finally this jacket, which I don't have any clue of what it could be.

The first one makes me thinking about an old picture that years ago I saved on my PC under the tag "Georgian Camo".
    This one:

This is also possible, and that is what the seller of this uniform got told by the first owner.
So the picture I'm talking about probably is from the first Georgian war, anyone has dates on this conflict?
Assuming the guys wearing these uniforms are carrying a shot person, it most likely has been taken during war-time. Wink

Edit: I was referring to this picture :

    Very nice TTsKO variants!

The second looks very much like my Moldovan TTsKO, the third one I've seen referred to as Transnistrian.

    Hey!

Are you referring to this set?

TTsKO help! - Page 2 Sovietcamounk

I've never seen such a set before, are there any markings or stamps on it?

Nonetheless it's a great addition to every collection, especially in this condition.

    Kind Regards,

Yes, that's my set. It is made from a very course-feeling material and there are no stamps or markings on it at all. It also has buttons which are molded in a very bright orange plastic. The distinguishing feature in the camo itself as an "F"-like structure, which I can make out in your jacket too.
