Hi Henry,
It may not be a huge help, but try eBay, as I've recently bought both the older ERDL-type Singapore uniforms as well as the digital (in large-long though) badged and in new condition.
Singaporian army stuff appears frequently, simply search 'Singapore' in the 'Militaria'-category.

Henry, just a heads-up... unless a new sizing system was implemented for the digicam uniform; the sizing on all the Singaporean uniforms I've encountered runs small.
I have a set of Singaporean ERDL camo (I think it is what was issued just before the digis came out), and it fits a size smaller than the label when compared against standard military clothing sizes. The trousers are size medium, but are consistent with the measurements of US small-regs; and the jacket, although size "large" fits mike a med-reg, save for the sleeves being a little long.
Just some info to consider. Cheers.
