Yep the only difference between those two version is that the Armoured Crew vest does not have the pockets.

Hi gulf. The graffitis means, on the front of the vest "mesaya'at" which means "help" and on the back there are written the name of the tankist "Ziyon Arki" and the words "Ait" which mean Falcon and "messaya'at" that means "help" so maybe it means "helping falcon" probably some nickname of the unit or of the tankist.
