Wonder if my first set is not official issue since it doesn't have the 3 crown symbol?

I'd go with Phil - due to both the following indicators:

    a.) No crowns

    b.) 'XXL' Size tabs

I don't have a set of M90 myself (that will be here in a few weeks) but I've hunted a good set for long enough to know what the real deal and what's not.

I agree. No crowns, commercial sizes... likely a commercial offshoot of official production. Maybe ones that didn't pass inspection? These uniforms are made in China now as far as I know, so that makes sense to me.

THE HOLY GRAIL for my collection (should I ever get one!) lol!
Does anyone have any idea why this style of uniform is so blasted expensive?

I really hope to expand my collection during the summer, when I don't have to worry about textbook and course expenses.

Thank you Dave, I am on the look for a size L (42/44) just because I like the pattern and want to use it in the woods Smile
I am prepared to trade but I am afraid XL would be too "viking" huge
