NEW AUSSIE ECWCS KIT Q

Hi guys i was just going through my mates kit as he had been working with the Aussies in Afghan and he had scored a Aussie Level 7 Primaloft ECWCS clone in olive green made by Montane,I have a set of Snugpak from a Aussie has this Montane stuff replaced it?.
