Very impressive...looks like your trop collection's almost complete..even the airtexes.. how common are tropical dpms in the NZ army???

Cheers i have a 20kg bag full this is about half,they where very popular in the 80s and 90s when we still had jungle greens,68 dpm heavy weights and office style dpm lightweights they are no longer acceptable and are consigned to the wardrobe. The only unit that still allows them is our SAS who wear them in camp and in the scrub.

thanks for the info mate, but it wold be hard to distinguish between NZ and Brit trops...isn't hard to see people getting away with it, btw whats 'office style'???

Hi Guys office style is DPM trou shirt half way between JGs and Tropos bulgy pocket DPM dress trou and small pocket DPM shirt only enough to put a packet of ciggis. It wasn't until the mid 2000s when our uniforms started to be colour standardised and UK Tropos and older NZ cams started to really look out of place.
