PCU Primaloft L7 Vest or a Knockoff?

Hi i just picked this guy up at a local shop and it very closely resembles an actual PCU Primaloft L7a Vest i had. The only differences that i notice off-the-bat are the black outlines on collar and sleeves and the tag. The label also doesnt mention Primaloft. The zipper and the side zipper both look exactly alike and the design/cut of the vest appears to be the same.

My question is, is this just a commercial version of the PCU L7a Vest or would this actually be a real military vest? Im leaning toward commercial. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I havent held one or seen detailed pictures of it, but I believe this is commercial. I could be wrong though

Ya i was betting the same. Oh well, only paid $3 for it at a thrift shop haha. Guess it might be going back to be donated unless someone wants it for a few bucks?!?
