Nice one, Mark! I picked up one of these myself a couple weeks ago.
They are neat little hats... the design kind of reminds me of the floppy runner's hats I've seen in athletic stores.

Can anyone tell us what sizes those were issued in?
They're reported to have elastic backs, so I'm assuming exact sizes weren't issued.

mine is large it fits me (I am size 60 or 7 1/2) it has a elasticated back

I have a large and it is supposed to fit 59-63 cms.
so perhaps a medium is 55-59 cms ?
and a small 51-55 cms ?
Certainly the large feels more like an xl to me.
