I have the same set!!! I was told that it`s Iraqi, the guy i boight it from claimed that it`s a bring back

IMO definitely not commercial. You can see by the cuts and buttons that it is a typical middle eastern uniform. Could be Iraqi, saudi, yemeni, and less probably Lybian.
