    Like the Jkt appear to be very faded and also have internal buttons for some kind of liner.

    Looks like they have been taken in at the waist and waist adjusters removed??

    Looks to be Saudi to me. The labels of my Saudi stuff looked similar, though I don't have any of it left so there's nothing for me to compare against directly. Labels like this are not common in other ME uniforms to the best of my recollection.
