Very possibly could be a SF modified shirt Drew. It is definitely one of the post-2001 modifications. So, it would most certainly have been used in A-Stan or Iraq. Very nice piece, because you hardly ever see the name tapes and US Army tapes with the velcro still attached. That would look good displayed on you mannequin!
