Only just came accross it,have had it for many years and found it again the other day.
These are for the 52 pattern and 60 pattern OG smocks. For that reason alone (as there were many of those types produced) I cannot work out why the hoods are so scarce...
I have a couple of examples of the size 1 and 2 - both made by John Hammond & Co in the early 50's - but had to spend a long time searching for them...
The size 2 hood fits the size 3,6,8 and 9 size smocks. These seem even harder to come by. If you are going to own one however a sealed pattern is as good as it gets!
UNlike a lot of collectors i dont find the need to collect multiples in every size,make etc so yep,ive scored a good result with this,1 is enough for me
