Those leaf pattern coveralls are pretty nice. Could it be late ww2 ones supplyed by USSR or Albanian production!? Anyone knows if they are easy or hard to get hands on!?

Very interesting. It looks like they have collars and an attached (or buttoned) hood under the collar. This means it is not Soviet, unless someone modified the suits. But it could just the way it looks and instead really is just an attached hood. In that case it is probably Soviet.
Based on the fact that Albania uses recycled camo, I'm guessing this is Soviet. For all we know they only got a dozen of them.

That source isn't trustworthy, so I can't give it much weight. Having said that, the camouflage pattern itself certainly looks Soviet. Since it is unlikely the Albanians had these things made specifically for them, chances are it is Soviet. Little do those Albanian soldiers know that the uniform they are wearing is probably worth more than two months' wages
