Is this a issue piece or a fantasy piece?

I just bought a large portion of a friend's collection who ran rag mills hard in the 1980's-2000's.
He found this one in a rag house in Northern California, and just held on to it.
It is rip-stop with an Asian looking printed size tag in the collar.
My guy instinct is it is a fantasy or movie costume.

I believe that is the fantasy uniform worn by the equivalent to the United Nations in the 1994 Street Fighter film.

I can honestly say I have never seen Street Fighter, so that explains why I didn't regognize it....

So cool to see one of these up close!! This confirms that the one I have is also from Street Fighter. It's set up for Palestine, but is missing the badge on the right sleeve. Actually, mine doesn't look like it ever had one, so this prop must have used the brassard.

Sweet! And I now it's in the eBay pile since I don't collect this sort of stuff
