I need your help to identify this pattern used to make a serbian combat vest. The canvas is from a german manufacture but for which army? Dutch? .

It may be a Dutch trial item.
I have some backpacks in the same material.

It also can be something made from a sleeping bag stuff sack.
I will try to find out from the numbers.
