Brown berets are Finn special border jaegers. Attached two photos.
1. Notice the brown beret with "Bear"-insignia. Also, they have metal "Bear-wings" of their own ( not quite well visible ).
Sleeve insignias: Finn flag, Bear-head and a "sissi"-patch. Sissi means something like "querrilla".
The cross on chest they have is of AUK = "under-officer school".
Rank ( two hooks ) of the guys is "alikersantti" = "under-sergeant" ( petty officers / NCO ).
2. Looks like the second photo is taken during training period.
