Need ID for this trousers

well the label says "tru-spec" but it doesn't have that tru-spec red tag logo. is this real? And i googled some sort of type of pants and the closest to the pics i've seen that looks like this pants is the tropical combat trousers. but strange, it doesnt have belt loops. but it has some waist drawstrings. can anyone ID this one? thanks!

No DLA number? Tru-Spec does do actual government contracts-- their red-label stuff is for the commercial market, but they do actually make a few real items. Is there another tag somewhere on these, with any other information?

Yes it has another tag just below the instruction label and i think its the NSN. I'll try to post that picture soon.
